WHAT can be returned?
If the product doesn't meet your expectations and it is still in original condition, you can return to us.
If the product doesn't work, please contact us or use Resolution Centre to start a return process.
Before returning to us, please make sure the product is in the condition it was sent out in, (i.e.. a torn cable on a display assembly, scratches, used adhesive, etc.), or a refund may be denied (or additional charges may apply).
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Arrangements for returning an item must be requested within 60 days of the date the order is received.
In case of faulty products covered by Fixabout Lifetime Warranty, you can return to us anytime.

SHIPPING for returns?
Generally, customers will arrange the return shipping and request reimbursement for the postage if items are covered by Fixabout Lifetime Warranty.
CREDIT for returns?
We will issue replacement units or credit for the returns.

Please carefully wrap and pack the products you are returning. Generally, we hold no responsibility for the items damaged in the transit of returning.
